RETURNS

We hope you love our products as much as we do but if for some reason you wish to return your order, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. 

Once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer. We do not provide return labels and you are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs incurred to ship your order to you. 

Please email us via hello@dreamydays.co before you send your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for processing. 

Refunds can only be made with an official bank letter stating the full name and surname corresponding to the original purchase.

PRODUCT QUALITY ISSUE 

Each product goes through a quality control process and is checked and packaged individually.

The Dream Blind Electro is a thin material allowing it to stick to the window. If not handled with care, it can tear and crease. Tearing, creasing and losing static over time are not quality issues.
